OpenSight is seeking new Trustees to join our Board and help guide the charity through an exciting new chapter.
We’re looking for individuals with a broad range of skills, knowledge and experience to complement our existing Board. While experience in areas such as business, commercial management or eye health would be especially valuable, we welcome applications from anyone who can bring fresh perspectives and a commitment to our mission.
As a Trustee, you will:

Play a key role in shaping our strategy and ensuring effective governance.

Provide constructive challenge and guidance at monthly board meetings (mix of in-person and online).

Support our senior management team and act as a deputy to the Chair, if you bring commercial expertise.

Help bring innovation to our services, if you are an optical professional.

Commit around 5 hours per month, with opportunities to join sub-committees or champion outreach and fundraising.
