The Three Hands Lived Experience Research Community is made up of individuals who have first-hand experience of difficult circumstances, such as managing health conditions, taking on unpaid caring responsibilities, coping with financial hardship, overcoming addiction, or any other challenge life can throw at us.
Lived Experts share their stories and experiences in discussions with some of the UK’s biggest businesses, helping them to understand the real-life barriers their customers face and create more inclusive, accessible products and services that work for everyone.
Who can join
LERC are always looking to amplify ‘unheard’ voices. If you have ever found it difficult to access products and services because of difficult life circumstances, please sign up!
Why join
