Join OpenSight as the Head of Income Generation and Communication

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Income Generation and Communications to join the OpenSight leadership team. 

Reporting to the Chief Executive officer, this role will lead OpenSight’s fundraising, income generation and communications functions, helping to secure the charity’s long-term sustainability and future growth. You’ll play a central role in developing diverse income streams, strengthening supporter engagement, leading impactful communications campaigns, and shaping the wider strategic direction of the organisation. 

This is a varied senior leadership role, combining strategic oversight with hands-on delivery. You’ll work collaboratively across the charity, lead and support staff and volunteers, and help drive innovation, awareness and meaningful impact for people living with sight loss across Hampshire.

Location:

Bishopstoke, Eastleigh at our Head Office, and other base locations across Hampshire with some home working. 

Salary:

Up to £47,000 depending on skills and experience. 

Hours:

37 hours per week (minimum 30 hours – part time applications considered).

Contract type:

Permanent.
